Since the foundation undertook its new purpose in 2013, the foundation has given $40,000 to area nonprofits through grants and donations. The foundation expects this to increase annually each year!


This includes funding for youth health and wellness through the four local school districts:
Ishpeming Public Schools
Negaunee Public Schools
NICE Community School District
Republic/Michigamee School District


YMCA of Marquette County – 100% of the proceeds from the Head to Head Bike Race went to the construction of the new West End Facility in Negaunee, MI.

viii.     Alzheimer’s Association – Support groups in Western Marquette County
ix.     YMCA – EnhanceFitness Program for Arthritis Clients
x.     Nice Community Schools – Health and Sustainability Initiative
